Phase 1: A seminar delivering recommendations and strategic choices available to the destination. In attendance were the staff and Board of Directors of Destination Røros.
Phase 2: Implementation of a new web, social media and Inbound DMO marketing strategy followed by experience development, technical visit strategy, travel trade and media outreach.
