Exploring Belize’s ‘Lost World’

Arrived back home last night after three amazing weeks exploring Belize’s remote Chiquibul Forest and Nohoch Ch’en sink hole. A unique landscape that needs to be secured, protected and conserved for future generations. Just wanted to post a few images to give a flavor of our explorations before I head to the Himalayas on Tuesday. Thanks to MET and Friends for Conservation and Development / FCD Belize for organizing and supporting this amazing expedition. The Nohoch Ch’en sink hole, unknown Maya sites and caves we explored and the 350 plant species we collected rekindled my desire to ‘keep on exploring’ amazing Belize.
